Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Success Manager in Redwood City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Driving customer implementations to successful launch
- Managing project scope, requirements and timelines
- Measuring and driving customer adoption of applications post Go-Live
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel - usually less than 20% - but may vary by customer
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-7 years of experience working directly with customers
