Job Summary

An educational technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager in the Eastern US.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients
  • Plan and drive ongoing account strategy
  • Work to identify and/or develop up-sell opportunities

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
  • A minimum of three years of experience in customer success
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or other Force.com platforms
