Job Summary
An educational technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager in the Eastern US.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients
- Plan and drive ongoing account strategy
- Work to identify and/or develop up-sell opportunities
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
- A minimum of three years of experience in customer success
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Salesforce or other Force.com platforms
