A consulting company is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with sales to identify and grow accounts
- Managing, coaching, mentoring and motivating a team of Customer Success Managers
- Working with customers to engage them in case studies and the reference program
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel up to 25%
- 5+ years experience managing and leading teams
- 5+ years in a customer facing services role
- Proven ability to engage across corporate functions
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
