Job Summary

A consulting company is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with sales to identify and grow accounts
  • Managing, coaching, mentoring and motivating a team of Customer Success Managers
  • Working with customers to engage them in case studies and the reference program

Position Requirements Include:

  • Travel up to 25%
  • 5+ years experience managing and leading teams
