A software development company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Success Metrics Operations Specialist.

  • Implementing processes, metrics, and systems to support customers
  • Owning the creation of a customer health score and perform regression analyses
  • Configuring integrations, reporting, dashboards, and workflows

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of Operational SaaS and B2B experience
  • Understands Customer Health Metrics
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Experience with SQL databases, creating queries, and BI tools
  • Team oriented and strong empathy for customers
