Job Summary

A software platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Success Product Specialist in Campbell.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Responding to all customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Funneling customer feedback to product managers via regular reports
  • Conducting software demos over the computer

Position Requirements Include:
