Job Summary
A software platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Success Product Specialist in Campbell.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Responding to all customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Funneling customer feedback to product managers via regular reports
- Conducting software demos over the computer
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience working with Product and Customer Support teams
- Experience with JIRA, Slack, Intercom, Zendesk, and email marketing tools such as Mailchimp/Constant Contact/Sendgrid
- Excellent and professional written communication skills
