Job Summary
A DevOps service provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Success Project Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Developing a detailed project plan to track progress in the form of weekly sprints/goals
- Coordinating internal resources for flawless execution of projects
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Training & certifications Paid conference attendance (1x/year minimum)
- Experience as a project administrator in the IT sector
- Good technical background, with understanding of technical projects
- Strong working knowledge Atlassian products like Jira/Confluence
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
