Job Summary
A shipping management solutions company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Success Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting customers with using the online application and the API
- Communicating different features, functionality, and value of our products to prospective and current customers
- Supporting customers via email and chat
Position Requirements Include:
- 2 years experience working in a direct customer-facing role
- Ability to work across teams to get customer issues resolved
- Experience with Google Apps, Slack, Zendesk or other similar CRM
- Able to work a Saturday-Wednesday schedule to ensure we have weekend coverage.
