Job Summary

A shipping management solutions company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Success Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting customers with using the online application and the API
  • Communicating different features, functionality, and value of our products to prospective and current customers
  • Supporting customers via email and chat

Position Requirements Include:

  • 2 years experience working in a direct customer-facing role
  • Ability to work across teams to get customer issues resolved
  • Experience with Google Apps, Slack, Zendesk or other similar CRM
  • Able to work a Saturday-Wednesday schedule to ensure we have weekend coverage.
