Vrsus Assets, LLC is looking for a Customer Success Representative

Key Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with existing and potential customers.
2. Provide on-site and remote customer training on our practice management software and other best practice computer functions.
3. Develop curriculum to supplement customer training.
4. Coordinate with developers/vendors to ticket, track, and resolve customer issues and feature requests.
5. Test and provide feedback on new features and updates before final release to customers.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills
2. Expert computer skills including a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, spreadsheet, reporting and database tools.
3. High school diploma or GED; Associates in related field preferred
4. Ability to absorb new information and put it into practice effectively while prioritizing workload in a remote environment
