Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Success Senior Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support the execution of client-specific account plan
- Manage a team of customer success managers
- Provide consistent internal and external communication and timely follow-up on customer issue
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 5+ years in account management, customer success, project management or similar experience
- At least 3+ years in a management level, player/coach, and/or team lead role
- Demonstrated success in working cross-functionally to move towards a solution
- Large-scale healthcare and/or state Medicaid program knowledge required
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Have working knowledge of government healthcare technology
