A business services company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Success Small Business Capital Access Director.

Must be able to:

• Lead multi-million and multi-year capital deployment initiatives
• Develop strong relationships with marquee partners
• Develop capital access procedures, policies and standards

Qualifications Include:

• 7+ years experience in leading grant deployment, credit approval, or high growth fintech orgs
• Excellent knowledge of credit approval processes, lending and regulatory practices
• Deep understanding of value drivers in scalable small business lending business models
• BA/BS degree
