Job Summary

An information technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Success Software Advocate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing Saas renewal process and renewal contract negotiations
  • Establishing regular touch-points with enterprise customers
  • Delivering effective Executive Business Reviews that drive customer engagement

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • 5+ years of customer success, client advocate/advisor, or software contract renewal experience
  • 5+ years managing long-term customer relationships at the enterprise level
  • 5+ years of renewing and growing existing accounts
  • Technical understanding and ability to learn new software products
  • Experience working with procurement and software sales departments
