A software provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Success Software Corporate Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Becoming an expert in our products, integrations, and best practices
- Partnering with Sales and Account Management to identify expansion opportunities and risks
- Helping develop and iterate on processes, documentation, and resources
Qualifications for this position include:
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in a customer success focused position, working with enterprise customers
- Strong empathy for customers and passion for delivering the highest quality customer experience
- Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Curious, with a desire for continuous learning and improvement
