Job Summary
An email marketing company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Success Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning the responsibility for any user issue or query, from origination to full completion
- Ensuring each user’s experience with us is outstanding
- Providing training and continued support through highly effective relationship management
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Proven experience in a comparable role, supporting users remotely
- Strong attention to detail with a customer-centric approach
- Solid understanding of email, desktop and internet technologies
