Job Summary
A publishing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Success Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing account feedback and market data to the sales, marketing and product teams
- Delivering remote training to end users
- Designing effective product training and awareness strategies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5% travel required
- 3+ years' experience in sales or product training
- BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent in English
- Excellent Microsoft skills using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experience conducting WebEx meetings and presentations
