Job Summary

A publishing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Success Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing account feedback and market data to the sales, marketing and product teams
  • Delivering remote training to end users
  • Designing effective product training and awareness strategies

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5% travel required
  • 3+ years' experience in sales or product training
  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent Microsoft skills using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience conducting WebEx meetings and presentations
