Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Success Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Validating outcomes improvement results and the development of customer case studies
  • Working with client engagement and analytics services teams to identify and nurture outcome improvements
  • Developing client interview questions and conducting client interviews

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel approximately 5% of the time
  • BS. in a Clinical Area, Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance or Economics
  • Healthcare acumen, with 5-10 years of clinical and healthcare operations experience
  • Experience working directly with clinicians, and multidisciplinary quality improvement teams
  • Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
