A software technology company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Success Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle of upsell and renewal inquiries for your customers
- Provide ad-hoc one-on-one training for your customers
- Regularly engage with your customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- We'll fly you to our London HQ at least once a year
- Experience creating training videos and content
- At least 3 years of customer facing experience at a SaaS company
- Excellent knowledge of Social Media and the value it brings to business
