Job Summary

A software technology company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Success Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Handle of upsell and renewal inquiries for your customers
  • Provide ad-hoc one-on-one training for your customers
  • Regularly engage with your customers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • We'll fly you to our London HQ at least once a year
  • Experience creating training videos and content
  • At least 3 years of customer facing experience at a SaaS company
  • Excellent knowledge of Social Media and the value it brings to business
