Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Success Specialist in Santa Ana.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support a Cloud-Based Enterprise Application and build positive relationships with customers and internal partners
- Enter and maintain customer call problem/description detail into Customer Relationship Management System
- Resolve issues by making quality decisions as a Subject Matter Expert
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Min of 2 years professional experience utilizing strong customer service skills
