Job Summary
A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Success Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Managing membership records within CRM
- Responding to inquiries and requests
- Supporting the Member Engagement Specialist, etc
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years in marketing, communications or similar
- Strong, clear verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in use of computers, particularly Microsoft Office Suite
