Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Success Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Managing membership records within CRM
  • Responding to inquiries and requests
  • Supporting the Member Engagement Specialist, etc

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2+ years in marketing, communications or similar
  • Strong, clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in use of computers, particularly Microsoft Office Suite
