Job Summary

An information technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Success Strategy Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop optimized ROI framework for each customer engagement
  • Conduct customer exploration and discovery discussions
  • Conduct meaningful introduction/goal transfer sessions

Qualifications Include:

  • Potential travel up to 30%
  • 10+ years of proven experience in establishing executive relationships
  • Experience leading the success of a highly technical product
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related major
  • Ability to manage customer expectations and be assertive, persistent, and persuasive
