Job Summary
A global, Internet-based transformational education company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Support and Registration Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting sales by taking orders and troubleshooting registration challenges
- Diagnosing problem areas and resolve customer concerns
- Providing helpful feedback to bring about improvements and solutions
Qualifications Include:
- Ability to travel as needed
- 2+ years working in a CS/CX role of some kind
- Willing to work occasional early evening or partial weekend hours
