A global, Internet-based transformational education company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Support and Registration Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting sales by taking orders and troubleshooting registration challenges
  • Diagnosing problem areas and resolve customer concerns
  • Providing helpful feedback to bring about improvements and solutions

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel as needed
  • 2+ years working in a CS/CX role of some kind
  • Willing to work occasional early evening or partial weekend hours
