Job Summary
A manufacturing company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Support and Sales Representative.
Must be able to:
- Handle customer service requests from clients
- Work to resolve client complaints
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Possess a High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of customer service related experience
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Experienced in fielding a high volume of telephone, email, and voicemail requests
