Job Summary
A hospital and healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Support Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as their primary point of contact for all customer service, administrative and scheduling needs
- Communicating thoughtful, customized solutions that help students with their overall telehealth care coordination
- Maintaining all records within HIPAA standards, confidentially and securely and handle all telephone, email and chat communications
