A provider of internet website security software is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Patiently working through resolution of support emails and questions posted in the forum
- Providing timely, accurate and courteous support to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction
- Appropriately escalating complex situations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Good understanding of WordPress as a CMS and PHP application
- General knowledge of Internet protocols, web tools, programming languages and security infrastructures
- Fast and reliable internet connection
- Strong verbal and written English skills
