Job Summary

A provider of internet website security software is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Patiently working through resolution of support emails and questions posted in the forum
  • Providing timely, accurate and courteous support to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction
  • Appropriately escalating complex situations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
