Job Summary

A software developer specializing in scaling platforms is in need of a Telecommute Customer Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Handling customer requests
  • Tracking, monitoring and reporting support SLAs
  • Providing training on platform and services

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Occasional travel to customer locations to provide onsite training
  • Working knowledge of Python, Java, R or other programing language
  • Familiarity with one or more: Cloud, SaaS, AI, ML, or DevOps technologies
