A company that provides a cloud application platform is in need of a Telecommute Customer Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Troubleshooting issues pertaining to the underlying infrastructure
- Deploying and configuring cloud infrastructure resources
- Reproducing and reporting bugs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years total experience
- Linux system administration
- Web development using PHP, Python, Ruby or Go
- Experience using git
- Experience managing DNS
- Functional knowledge of TLS and encryption
