A company that provides a cloud application platform is in need of a Telecommute Customer Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Troubleshooting issues pertaining to the underlying infrastructure
  • Deploying and configuring cloud infrastructure resources
  • Reproducing and reporting bugs

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years total experience
  • Linux system administration
  • Web development using PHP, Python, Ruby or Go
  • Experience using git
  • Experience managing DNS
  • Functional knowledge of TLS and encryption
