Job Summary
A multinational conglomerate company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Support Engineering Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Research and troubleshoot issues
- Respond to customer requests via phone and email
- Provide support to customers experiencing application workflow/clinical issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ensure completion of all field modifications instructions (FMI's) within prescribed timeframe
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
- Bachelor's Degree or Associates and 1 year of progressive experience within technical service role or equivalent
