A social media management tool company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Support Hero.

Must be able to:

  • Respond to customers' and prospects' technical questions
  • Escalate complex customer requests to Tier 2
  • Educate our clients to use the online knowledge base

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Total command of the English language
  • 2-4 years experience working in a similar role
  • Social media ecosystem knowledge
  • Comfortable working with learning and working with tracking and support desk tools
  • Can handle upset clients and stressful situations with a calm and helpful attitude
  • A love for problem solving and a passion for social media
