A social media management tool company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Support Hero.
Must be able to:
- Respond to customers' and prospects' technical questions
- Escalate complex customer requests to Tier 2
- Educate our clients to use the online knowledge base
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Total command of the English language
- 2-4 years experience working in a similar role
- Social media ecosystem knowledge
- Comfortable working with learning and working with tracking and support desk tools
- Can handle upset clients and stressful situations with a calm and helpful attitude
- A love for problem solving and a passion for social media
