Job Summary
A marketplace for lawn maintenance and outdoor services has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Support Phone Team Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring the team to ensure shifts are being followed correctly
- Maintaining and improving our level of support
- Managing the tools and processes to ensure an amazing customer experience
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-year experience training new hires
- Previous tier 2 customer support experience
- At least 1-year experience handling escalation calls/retention
- Firsthand experience with customer support
- Superior communication skills
- Able to concisely and effectively relay information in written form
