Job Summary

A vision care insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Support Representative 1 .

Must be able to:

  • Research and resolve issues/complaints and determine appropriate resolution
  • Remain current on all changes to Customer Service policy
  • Support Sales Representatives for any inquiry related to their customer orders

Qualifications Include:

  • Be available for occasional overnight travel
  • Working knowledge of MS Office package
  • 1-2+ years of customer service experience
  • Available to work any shift, including weekends, holidays, and/or overnight
