Job Summary

A data-driven technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing support for a variety of members and event scenarios
  • Maintaining a deep understand of app and troubleshooting tools to assist clients with app-based inquiries
  • Tracking customer issues via our ticketing system

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Attend some of the exciting events, cool venues, and more
  • High School Graduate
  • 2-4+ years of experience in support or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Zendesk, browser tools, chat tools, and service applications
  • Working knowledge of how the web works, with a focus on understanding mobile apps
