Job Summary
A data-driven technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing support for a variety of members and event scenarios
- Maintaining a deep understand of app and troubleshooting tools to assist clients with app-based inquiries
- Tracking customer issues via our ticketing system
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Attend some of the exciting events, cool venues, and more
- High School Graduate
- 2-4+ years of experience in support or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Zendesk, browser tools, chat tools, and service applications
- Working knowledge of how the web works, with a focus on understanding mobile apps
