Job Summary

A company that manages vehicles and equipment is in need of a Telecommute Customer Support Specialist in Birmingham.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling inbound customer requests via email and phone
  • Quickly following-up to resolve customer inquiries with helpful, personalized responses
  • Identifying, reproducing and documenting bugs for the product teams

Required Skills:

  • Some travel may be required
  • Ability to work 9am - 6pm CT/10am - 7pm ET, Monday through Friday
  • Genuine empathy for customers, and desire to make them feel happy and understood
  • Passion for exceptional customer service and appreciation for its role in a company’s success
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Resourceful and determined, yet not afraid to ask for help
