Job Summary
A cloud hosting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Support Specialist in Philadelphia.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assist customers through various channels (i.e., tickets, emails, phone, etc)
- Collaborate with colleagues for customer escalations, projects and product development
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel: 3 days/week remote work
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment
- Able to explain complex subjects simply, and your writing is clear and concise
- Understand the importance of doing good research, asking informed questions, and exploring every possible avenue when solving problems
