Job Summary
A global technology company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Support Technical Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Be the technical interface to customers
- Research and develop solutions to customer issues
- Resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience with Database, noSQL, Java ME embedded, Networking knowledge, etc
- 3+ years implementation, support, consulting or development experience
- BS Computer Science/Management Information Systems, etc
- Demonstrating an understanding of Applications at a functional and technical level
- 4 years experience with Core products or 5 years experience with Applications products
- Highly experienced in multiple platforms
