Job Summary

A global technology company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Support Technical Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Be the technical interface to customers
  • Research and develop solutions to customer issues
  • Resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience with Database, noSQL, Java ME embedded, Networking knowledge, etc
  • 3+ years implementation, support, consulting or development experience
  • BS Computer Science/Management Information Systems, etc
  • Demonstrating an understanding of Applications at a functional and technical level
  • 4 years experience with Core products or 5 years experience with Applications products
  • Highly experienced in multiple platforms
