Job Summary
A talent network has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Support Technician II.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide customers and internal personnel with operational assistance over the phone
- Coordinate exchange of customer's malfunctioning device with operating device
- Identify and assist in implementing any changes necessary to manage the accuracy of troubleshooting
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to work remote after initial training
- Associates degree or equivalent experience required
- Plus 2-4 years related experience required
- Intermediate software application skills required
