Job Summary

A talent network has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Support Technician II.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide customers and internal personnel with operational assistance over the phone
  • Coordinate exchange of customer's malfunctioning device with operating device
