Job Summary
A travel startup company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Travel Experience Agent.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Helping customers via chat or email to ensure they have the best possible experience
- Working out of multiple global distribution systems (GDSs)
- Prioritizing and re-prioritizing a high volume of incoming travel requests for air and hotel bookings
Qualifications for this position include:
- A minimum of 2 years in a user-facing or back of house airline industry role
- Exceptional written communication skills in English
- Excellent computer skills, a willingness and an eagerness to excel at technical systems
- Possess high level of understanding, patience and empathy
