Job Summary
A security firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Cyber Security and Incident Response Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring and analyzing Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) to identify security issues
- Evaluating firewall change requests and assessing organizational risk
- Assisting with implementation of counter-measures or mitigating controls
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience using CND tools to detect network attack
- Good understanding of networks at a packet level
- Ability to analyze packet captures at the expert level
- Ability to review multiple data sources to gather Indications and Warnings
- Must have active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance
