Job Summary
An information technology company is seeking a Telecommute Cyber Security Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Understanding the impact the company's solutions have on customers' business objectives
- Understanding how customers are utilizing the company's security solutions
- Developing and managing strong relationships with internal personnel
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Some travel may be required to assigned customer locations
- 3+ years’ experience within the information technology industry
- University Degree and/or relevant industry qualifications (CISSP/CISM/Security +)
- Experience with Security products and knowledge of the enterprise Security industry
- Expertise in service delivery or account management in a post and presales environment
- Proven experience in developing relationships at senior levels within large organizations
