Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Telecommute Cyber Security Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Understanding the impact the company's solutions have on customers' business objectives
  • Understanding how customers are utilizing the company's security solutions
  • Developing and managing strong relationships with internal personnel

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Some travel may be required to assigned customer locations
  • 3+ years’ experience within the information technology industry
  • University Degree and/or relevant industry qualifications (CISSP/CISM/Security +)
  • Experience with Security products and knowledge of the enterprise Security industry
  • Expertise in service delivery or account management in a post and presales environment
  • Proven experience in developing relationships at senior levels within large organizations
