Job Summary
A cybersecurity company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Cyber Security Software Contracts Specialist in Huntsville.
Must be able to:
- Ensure timely review and approval or negotiation and reconciliation of variations
- Review and provide risk management consultation on all contracts submitted
- Research, recommend, and create contract policies, procedures, and contractual documents
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Some travel to a Corporate site may be required
- 4-5 years of experience in legal and/or contracts
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or related field OR Paralegal Certificate OR equivalent related work experience
- 1-2 years of experience in Government Cost Type Contracting
- 1-2 years of experience in Federal, DoD and/or State and Local contracts requirements
- Proven and effective negotiation skills, time management skills, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
