Job Summary

A cybersecurity company is filling a position for a Telecommute Cybersecurity Contracts Negotiator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Work independently in reviewing, negotiating, and drafting Cloud/SAAS agreements
  • Prepare, review and negotiate customer contracts for Fortune 500 Customers
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and adhere to the Company's vendor management policies and procedures

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • General knowledge of GDPR (privacy provisions in agreements)
  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Word
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a contract negotiator of Software and/or Cloud/SAAS agreements
