Job Summary
A security technology company is in need of a Telecommute Cybersecurity Industry Full Cycle Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Partnering and collaborating with hiring teams to understand their hiring needs
- Sourcing top-tier talent, creating and nurturing relationships with candidates
- Managing the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing, to partnering on scheduling interviews
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Relationship-building acumen making you a natural partner with hiring managers
- Ability to build, maintain, and grow immediate and long-term pipelines
- Proven track record of creatively sourcing passive candidates (including LinkedIn, networking, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for recruiting in a fast-paced environment
