Job Summary

An IT services provider is in need of a Telecommute Cybersecurity Policy Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Acting as a cybersecurity SME to coordinate efforts for assessing, aligning and implementing policies
  • Supporting the review, tracking, and completion of cybersecurity policies and procedures
  • Consistently reviewing existing policy and recommending updates as appropriate

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of demonstrated experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, electronics engineering, a related field, or 8 years' additional experience
  • Demonstrated experience addressing federal cybersecurity compliance and risk management
  • Experience with policy-related federal reporting and compliance reviews
  • Demonstrated knowledge of federal law, NIST, and OMB requirements and guidance
