Job Summary
A music technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Cycle Draft Staff Accountant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Onboarding of new vendors; correctly establishing the vendor record
- Processing vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements
- Reviewing corporate credit card expenditures and supporting documentation
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related major
- Minimum prior Accounting experience of 2 years
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills per Vlookups, Sumifs, and Pivot tables
- Experience with Sage Intaact, Expensify, Airbase, and Adaptive Planning or similar systems
- Ability to analyze information and processes
- Strong analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
