A benefits management company has a current position open for a Telecommute Data Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting with problem solving efforts related to day-to-day processes
- Generating accurate and timely reports to internal and external clients using technology
- Design, develop and refine proprietary software to support reporting and analytics
Qualifications for this position include:
- Related Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Math, Computer Science or MIS preferred
- 3+ years related work experience in an analytical, data-driven role
- Strong ability to translate business needs directly into solutions using data and technology
- Strong time and project management skills and ability to be solution-oriented
- Can appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong SQL writing skills with knowledge of data-warehousing, and master Excel and/or Access skills
