Job Summary

A benefits management company has a current position open for a Telecommute Data Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Assisting with problem solving efforts related to day-to-day processes
• Generating accurate and timely reports to internal and external clients using technology
• Design, develop and refine proprietary software to support reporting and analytics

Qualifications for this position include:

• Related Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Math, Computer Science or MIS preferred
• 3+ years related work experience in an analytical, data-driven role
• Strong ability to translate business needs directly into solutions using data and technology
• Strong time and project management skills and ability to be solution-oriented
• Can appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Strong SQL writing skills with knowledge of data-warehousing, and master Excel and/or Access skills
