A web browser has a current position open for a Telecommute Data and Learning Backend Senior Software Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Owning significant pieces of architecture
- Taking on challenges relating to scaling platform
- Collaborating with engineers, data scientists, product managers and support teams to implement our product strategy
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Love combining data and engineering and problem solving how to create incredible experiences at their intersection
- B.S. in Computer Science would be lovely, but real-world experience is preferred
- 3 years professional experience
- Strong programmer with experience with Python, PHP, Java or equivalent
- Have worked on large codebases, complex data sets and deployed solutions using Amazon Web Services to production audiences
- Uphold standards for quality and performance by performing code reviews, fixing bugs, creating tests, and profiling code
