A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Data Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining HDFS storage architecture knowledge
- Working on shell scripting and bash
- Conducting Github for code management & team collaboration
Qualifications for this position include:
- Remote work with occasional travel at key milestones
- Data Engineer (Developer) with Scala, Python, Spark, PySpark, Kafka, Yarn, Hive and Sqoop in large scale Cloudera Hadoop environments
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
