Job Summary
A research software development company is seeking a Telecommute Data Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Helping build a scalable, configurable, automated data infrastructure across multiple applications
- Leveraging dbt to build and maintain these tables through easy-to-read pipelines
- Evaluating our current architecture and determine where to go next
Qualifications for this position include:
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Github
- Knowledge of data modeling systems (e.g. Star Schema)
- 2+ Years working as a Data Engineer (or a similar role), preferably at a software company
- Experience building and transforming large, complex datasets and working in data warehouses
