Job Summary
An electronic components retailer has an open position for a Telecommute Data Intelligence Practice Lead.
Must be able to:
- Drive overall growth of practice area
- Leverage internal matrix relationships across regions
- Establish a group of resources responsible for support of global consistency in sales execution
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience communicating and negotiating effectively across countries and regions with credibility and influence
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, business or related field
- 12+ years of Sales Management/Leadership experience within a consultative Sales organization
- Experience or working in complex, global, matrixed reporting organizations
- Strong leadership skills, program management abilities, and experience managing and influencing
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to build organizational alignment and gain support
