Job Summary

A research company is seeking a Telecommute Data Management Associate Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Managing direct reports with respect to skill development and training
• Administering performance reviews and financial compensation
• Engaging in recruiting for the department

Required Skills:

• Performs overnight business travel as needed, estimated at approximately 25%
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory/management experience
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical research experience in a Lead Data Management position
• Clinical trial experience required
• Expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite of programs
