Job Summary

A global life sciences company is filling a position for a Telecommute Data Organization and Research Customer Care Coordinator in Columbia.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Answering customer support emails pertaining to screening results
  • Answering phones as needed and help solve any issues that may arise
  • Supporting informatics in data organization and research

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent w/1-3 years of applicable experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, Power Point)
  • Above average knowledge of Excel and formulas
  • Customer Service experience
  • Ability to move with sense of urgency and respond to needs at a moment's notice
