Job Summary
A global life sciences company is filling a position for a Telecommute Data Organization and Research Customer Care Coordinator in Columbia.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering customer support emails pertaining to screening results
- Answering phones as needed and help solve any issues that may arise
- Supporting informatics in data organization and research
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent w/1-3 years of applicable experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, Power Point)
- Above average knowledge of Excel and formulas
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to move with sense of urgency and respond to needs at a moment's notice
