Job Summary
A benefits company has an open position for a Telecommute Data Quality Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing and supporting data gathering requests
- Knowing, interpreting, and applying business rules to ensure a high level of data integrity and consistency
- Identifying process improvements to enhance the customer experience
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel up to 35% depending on business need
- BS degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics, or related field or equivalent trade off with professional work experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
- 6-8 years of work experience with product and operational knowledge of financial institutions
- Demonstrated effective analytical, problem solving, planning, prioritization and organizational skills shown in previous work assignments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Project
- Ability to clearly navigate complex customer data sources to retrieve relevant business information
